Today we had a partial eclipse over Hong Kong, luckily it was a clear sunny morning with just a few clouds drifting over. I shot these from the roof of the studio with the 350mm lens mounted on a tripod. I was able to stop down the aperture with the DOF preview button so I could watch the whole thing. It was pretty cool, the ambient light was about 1 stop less than normal, very cool… The next eclipse of this magnitude to hit HK will be sometime next century, so glad I caught this one…
