What a great way to fly. I really cannot begin to mention the differences between Cathay and Air Canada which I flew last time I went to Canada… Cathay cabin crew treat you as an honoured guest, courteous, polite and always willing to go that extra bit to ensure the comfort of their passengers. For instance, last time I was on Air Canada I lucked out and had a row of 4 seats, so I asked the stewardess for a extension buckle for the seatbelt, (it doesn’t fit over my fat belly when I lie down), she said “we only offer them to fat people” and then walked away… WTF… this time on Cathay I also lucked out on the outbound flight, why, cause the girl at the check in had seen that I was a tired mess after working all day and then having to pack in short time anyways, she saved a row for me by not booking anyone else into those seats, so I was able to sleep all the way to Vancouver…
Anyways, just suffice to say that Cathay Pacific have really got their act together when it comes to CS… Air Canada on the other hand deserve to go out of business…
Today I got in a taxi and this is the scene that greeted me. This guy is either very lonely and likes to keep in touch with his 6 wives, or he is one dodgy dude… 6 telephones and a regular taxi radio… and the thing is that on the short trip from Wan Chai to Central he was constantly answering calls from different phones, he has some kind of button below his stearing wheel that must direct which phone he talks to…
So if I could only speak Cantonese i could tell you all what dodgy business he was up too…
This is my new profile picture that I will be using for my new wedding brochure. This is also my new wedding Tuxedo, the one I will be wearing for all my upcoming weddings. We want to look sharp for our high end clients.

Last year we went to India for Zfriction a movie production company. The shoot was for a calendar to promote Zfriction’s stable of actors and actresses. The trip took us to Devi Garh Palace in Rajastan. The place is magnificent, an old Rajs palace that has been turned in to a Luxury 6 star hotel.
Ike shoot with the Mamiya 6×7 while I was shooting on the Canon EOS. We collaborated together on all the shots and in the end picked the best of each scene. All in all it was a great trip and we thank Harsh of Zfriction for making it happen.
