Hi, to answer the question of why my site has Google Ads on it. You know the ones, usually advertising my competition. adsense adsense

Well the truth is that while we here at SDBPHOTO.COM earn our living through the application of our skills in digital photography and graphic design in all its many forms and manifestations. Well, we also have a keen interest in the web and Search Engine Optimization in particular. Thus, the #1 listings for numerous keywords and the increasing traffic. This site is currently getting 100+- visitors a day. Each visitor looks at on average of 3 pages. The Google Adsense earns on average xxx United States Dollars each day. Now while that may not seem like alot to most folk, it is a fortune to others, especially when taken in context of the fact that I managed to “earn while you sleep“.

Now the question I have to ask is this. Does having these ads on my site lead you to believe my service is more or less professional? More or less likely for you to do business with us??? I would love to hear your opinion so please feel free to email me sdb@sdbphoto.com

2007 Update.

I turned took the Adsense off most of the site. While it provided some revenue I did not believe that it was enough to justify the added clutter to my pages. The site is getting on average 2800 unique visitors a month.  With that little traffic Adsense did not make sense. Now if we could only break out of the little niche we are in…
